Interesting. I would have thought the signal from the Russian beam would be stronger in eastern Germany. Unless there's a very sharp drop over Poland.
Or is it because of the interfering African beam?

From northern Bavaria, at 1.80 m without dielectric (V and H), only 11728 V 29330 is visible (but as dreamsat said, everything is encrypted).
What is surprising is that the frequency 12149 L is visible with all programmes (encrypted) without dieliectric.

I received 11727V from the Kenyan GoTV package for the first time in Thessaloniki, Greece with my 1.30 dish. Signal at 4.2db but enough for a seemingly stable reception (I don't know the content since everything is encrypted).
