In revenge you have 2D beam from 28,2*E but we are out of it Only 3-5 meter dish helps, but that could coast a fortune.

Nope, that is Ku band but circular polarization.

For Eastern Europe consumers:
Europa Plus , OCT and one Test channel are included in Tricolore TV packet on 11919L already.
Receivable here in Varna with 1.2m parabola, universal Ku LNB as 11919H/27500, but with plastic plate( incerted in the feedhorn 45deg in relation to Horizontal and Vertical probe) , 85% SQ(abb. 60% signal reserv).
