There is a setting in the blind scan options to enable/disable this feature.It might need a side by side scan using a non E2 receiver, an E2 receiver and a TBS card to check if the E2 receiver is synchronising the FEC.The satellites.xml files are sometimes created by harvesting data from sites like Lyngsat, I think the versions of forum member [USER=301161]@Huevos[/USER] use this method. If Lyngsat has FEC of 3/4 listed and the receiver satellites.xml is based on that then the synchronisation of frequency parameters would reflect Lyngsat.
