Are 8K transmissions still running on Turksat or is the "project" over?

Is anyone getting lock on this (11.921 V, SR 20000, FEC 2/3, 8PSK)?
Must be on the "Turkey" beam.

No signal on that freq here 17K North of Nottingham UK. 2.2m PF .

Very weak 2.2 dB signal from northern Bavaria using a 1.80m antenna.
The signal fluctuates throughout the day.

The 42 West beam is also perfectly stable at my location,
but the Turkey beam fluctuates;
it's currently at 4 dB, whereas three hours ago it was only 2.3 dB.

From the province of Naples (Italy), with a Gibertini 150 dish, I'm receiving it almost a decibel above the minimum threshold, which should be 6,6 dB. It seems to be transmitting only data, at least that's what TransEdit detects.

Double checked with an early morning scan but still no sign of a signal

The signals have been behaving rather strangely for me since the switch. The only explanation I can think of right now is that the vertical Turkey beams are coming from a different Türksat satellite than the horizontal ones. Previously, I used to get both polarizations quite well at certain times; now, the horizontal Turkey beam comes in very strongly at any time of day, whereas I see almost nothing on the vertical. I also have to adjust the antenna by 0.3 degrees when switching between the vertical and horizontal Turkey beams.

Now I can see everyone, but I'm very, very far away from the reception area.

Horizontal is doable here (except 12.245 H) with 240 cm, however very sensible to polarization/skew change.

Vertical very rarely except 11.886 V.
