This bird is just out of footprint for me in North Notts UK, but managed to lock "Challenger Tv" at 3817 R last night at about 5.5dB. No lock at the moment ---- anybody else get a lock at the moment also stating their location ?.

Thank you guys, this satellite on C-band is not easy to winkle out the TP's. The footprint map shows me well out of it and iv'e got strong signals from 49°E & 53°E directly either side.

2,30m prime focus dish with 3 LNBs - C ( Linear plus Circular ) and KU ( Linear ) ; 2,05m prime focus dish - KU circular and in future hopefully - ka band - 103E - 50W ; Octagon SF4008 UHD ; Edision Primo IP ; Inverto Flange white series ; Invacom quad; 36" motors; Especta and Moteck satellite positioners.

With 230 cm solid prime focus dish in Southeastern Europe near Black Sea I can detect signal only on 3645R4915 South tv service . I have to notice that my lnb is not at the center of the dish. Last year at the same time I succeeded to detect signal only on 3727 ETV but I suppose that at the moment it is not available via this satellite.

:Y - - can't check myself at the moment as the C-band installation is locked down due to high wind gusts in Central UK.

Belintersat-1 @ 51.5 East - Checked today with my 2.2 mtr Elite antenna and the only frequency that would lock with video / audio is the 3645 RHC "South Tv" channel. There was a locked RHC data channel as well.
I am well out of the guide line footprint for this satellite and also suffer from interference from the two stronger satellites either side of Belintersat-1, see my UK location on footprint map.

Today's scan result table and a channel screen grab are attached below. I was getting a lot of bleed over from 53.0 East when scanning 51.5 East and only managed to lock one frequency.

From a UK location, this does not seem an easy satellite to achieve signal locks from in C-Band? Possibly further south and west may improve reception, any one close to Lands End with a nice size dish?

The signal levels may have highs and lows dependent on the time of day? I might see if I can squeeze some more juice from it later on this evening.

Update:
The signal seems to be increasing as the afternoon progresses. I am now getting 6.0db (locked) for South TV and slightly higher reading for the other two frequencies that are below the level needed for a lock. Evening might be the best time to scan this satellite from a UK location?

Update:

I peaked the Azimuth a little and got the signal level up from 6.2dB to 6.5dB for 3645 R. In the last four hours this frequency signal level has continued to gradually increase. If there is anyone with a suitable size dish wishing to catch this satellite, evening times might be your best chance.

Another Update:

The signal level of 3645 R has increased some more. It was holding steady at 7.0dB with sporadic bursts at 7.1 dB when I took the photo attached below.

As a final test on this satellite I monitored the signal level throughout the day for the one frequency that I could lock at times (3645 R). The signal level fluctuates above and below the level required for a lock but there is a pattern to this.

The chart showing signal level evolution is attached below.
