The frequency on 47.5° West was a new LHC frequency for me , so that was the first LHC feed frequency for me

There's this mux from Roberts Communications Network on 3.845 H carrying tens of feed channels mostly from horse races but probably other stuff aswell (can only imagine what Caliente channels would be :)). The whole package is Nagra2 encrypted.
Does anyone know what LAST would stand for?
