Hi -
I managed to lock the Jamaican mux a few times for a short period of time ... over 3 years back now ... not tried for a long while now .. but like you, had no signal at all ... away from home on hols right now .. will have a try when i get home .... cheers .

Bring us a stick of rock back :)

So that Jamaican mux doesn't exist any more?
Not seen it for years Alex ..
either went onto a very tight low power beam ...or simply closed the service..
Sadly,,

@Feedsat, you have a very nice low noise floor looking at your trace, i'm envious :)

don't be envious John, unfortunately, I have just an old Promax TV Explorer II+ and 55.5°W is only available on my small 1.80m for the moment...

you can have the same spectrum, by following this very useful link (but unknown for most of the people til now ;) ):

used to get it easily, now 55w is getting the most channels i have ever, and no sign

wonder if because of low symbol rate, has it changed from 8000?

This morning's scan. 4003V also comes in OK at 8dB but wasn't picked up by BS for some reason.

I'm assuming this is a feed although Lyngsat has no feeds listed in this part of the band.
