No plate at the mo but about 4 dB signal without it from 3660R 2663. If nobody else answer this I can put plate back tomorrow and then I can say sure where is this signal coming from..?
My 3m dishpole not make job too easy

Sorry pride, it was typo only Right one is 2963 as Flysat says but there is mistake about polarization! It is L not R and yes 3660L sending Oromiya just under EBC new freq 3677 L.
