I have a a nokia 9800 s receiver. at the moment i have 3 lnbs watching hotbird, thor and Astra 2a.
I have also got a twin programmer with a conax cam but what i dont have is a smart head to combine all these stuff and find a way watch the scrambled channels for free.

plz folks! help me i am a totally new beginner.

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Don't think there is anything you can do with that combination at the moment I'm afraid.

You need something like the Dragon or T Rex CAM, but I'm not sure even then whether they work in the Nokia, So a new patchable receiver would probably be a good idea..

Not really, there are so many good ones, but in any event, it is really only Hotbird with any chance of a free lunch. ;)

well canal + is not bad and neither is viasat....but to be more general any channel with good movies and sports.
