There has been but I don't know where, when or how. At the moment there are 2 channels active, both with low rate data. 8497.5 has mod similar to the previous plot. It's possible they are sending low rate pictures. There are also some wide band allocations for the craft but I didn't see anything there.
8482.32 is now locked and has different modulation and the change over is shown here:

It was testing(?) on 8460MHz with about 8MHz BW today. I guess this is where some pictures may be included. It's strong enough to decode if someone works out how. However, depending on the antennas used, the signal may be around 27dB lower when it reaches L1.
