Advice needed for a newbie with a new motorised setup

Hello there, I have installed my first satelite setup and have motorised setup.
I have a basic Ross reciever and a 65cm Dish. The LNB (0.3)

The problem I have is that When downloading programs for hotbird @ 13°E the Receiver locks when transponders are at 33/99. the only way is to turn the reciver off at the wall and turn back on. reserch the channels ans save at transponder 32/99.
Rang Ross help line and all thay said was that it was down to the software and with no general fix

Hi, may not be connected to the fault but check LNb configuration is set to universal 9750/10600. Seen a few receivers lock up half way through a scan if not
