I bought some new Bifocal Specs a couple of weeks ago - can recommend a good On-line Supplier if you like! :D

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "digital bypass". Do you mean the infra-red bypass so that you can use your $ly remote control in a second room to control your $ly receiver (uses a "magic eye" in the second room).

It's considered unwise to cascade one amplifier into another and, AFAIK an eight way is the maximum out distribution amplifier (DA) there is. If you don't need the facility to remotely control the $ly receiver in every room then it might be possible to run two DAs side by side one fed from the TV aerial directly and the other from the RF2 output of your $ly receiver.

bypass amps are ok for domestic and yes if you connect from rf2 output on sly box then you can fit m/eyes to the amp, dont forget to turn power on at stb, As to your question unless your house is a mansion 8 should be enough

But if you are trying to incorporate into flats then NO !! you will need to install a distribution unit .

I have deactivated your link. Can you put an underscore if further links are off this site please. (forum rules)

Firstly, the digital bypass is really an infra-red bypass - it's Maplin's wrong description.

Secondly, can you confirm that you want to be able to watch and control the $ly receiver in every room? Does your house really have that many rooms that 8 outlets isn't enough?
