African channels in UK

My Satellite Setup
Technomate TMS-1500 CI+ "patched" receiver, 90cm p/f 36v motorised dish, Inverto C120 0.3db LNB, Moteck V-Box 2, Packard Bell 6052 XP Home computer, Toshiba A60 laptop, and lots of Russian Vodka !

Does anyone know of any African satellites channels which can be received in the UK.
I managed to find some on Arabsat 2B, but not much more.
Any country will do but if someone can find some Kenyan TV even better.

Am I right in thinking that a 1 metre dish will pick up the Egyptian channels from Nilesat 101 at 7 west ?
And what size dish would I need to pick-up STN TV from either Arabsat 2B (30E), or Arabsat 2D (26E), or indeed Hotbird 3.

It has to be a good 1m dish for Nilesat

There are channels on 68 degrees East which is receivable in East England

STN on Hotbird would be easy, not so much on the others
