on Doordarshan package on 4157 H 13000 in DVB-S MPEG-2 4:2:0 (PAL) new channel name DD Podhigai (SID 6). Signal with 4,5dB and 44% on Openbox X-810.

Sadly it is encypted in Vguard mpeg4/HD..

for Reuters WNS Test Transmission on 4172 H it was a short time in clear. But it´s in MPEG-2/SD and not MPEG-4/HD (check last attached file).

PS: 3761 H 14000 3/4 Telemedia IS-7 in DVB-S MPEG-2 4:2:0 (PAL). Testcard. Signal down. In former days it was on 3811 H 3254 AUTO.
