I only know this because we have been having a problem for a couple of weeks and after a number of factory resets I am now waiting for a replacement youview stb and each time I have contacted them I have spoken to someone in the UK, today I mentioned this and was informed that they have finally listened to their customers and 90% is the figure they have reached now since its instigation. A step in the right direction for sure</p></blockquote><p></p>
