I've just opened an old box I found in the loft and there in the bottom was my old Elvis programmer, complete with 9pin cable and mains adapter.

Then I had fond memories of a company called, called, called, yes that was it - OnDigital.

So my question is this. Is there any life left for my Elvis programmer or has he had his day?

Elvis does every card on the market today.

If you don't want it - sell it on d+1Bay - you'll have no trouble getting a good price.

But can I put it to any productive use in the future?

Only the real experts on this board can predict the future.

I think it is enough that it can program all the cards available today.

Fantastic. Being a complete novice with no satalite equipment, where do I begin? What do I need? Where can I buy it?

The better half said I'm not allowed a dish on the house, she said nothing about a ground station in the garden though!
