Anyone know where I can get some updated Viaccess Gold wafer files from?

I have one file dated 23/01/05 but none of TPS works and I would say I can only get half of the channels at the moment.

Also, do you know if blank wafer cards and fun cards are sold in shops or can you just buy them on the net?
