just recieved my first art football card-six months subscription and am recieving the pictures fine but cannot get english commentary even when i select that option on the remote control i asked around and other people have said they could get english commentary am i doing something wrong or has the art package lost its english commentary option please help

yeah, watched some matches at the weekend and they all had arabic commentary, looks like they might have stopped carrying the english commentary??

The English commentary is still available on 7°w but not on 13°e.

The delay on these channels is about 7 seconds behind real time which must represent at least four uplink/downlink cycles.

With so many retransmissions of the signal there would seem plenty of scope for technical problems. But why Art can solve these problems for 7°w but not for 13°e remains a mystery.

should i be able to get 7w. i've never pointed at that sat....would a 1m dish suffice??

Doubt a 1m is anywhere near big enough.

And you would need to get an irdeto card instead of the viaccess card issued for 13°e.

also bare in mind that not all games carry english audio....

and Man U vs Southampton... English audio :D

must say it was a little quiet though??

halfway through the game i wondered what the score was at the arsenal game, so i quickly flicked forward a channel..... and nearly blew my chuffin speakers up Whooaaaaa!!

not good :)
