Thanks for your replies, people saying the service is working is just as helpful as people saying it isn't. I am a bit confused as I had the service working perfectly just a few days ago. With these cases the first assumption always has to be that it's your own kit that is the problem. However all the other hotbird channels are fine. When I look at the signal strength of the ARTEURO transponder there is no signal quality at all. On sunday I took the box to a friends house who only has FTA hotbird. I added my box to his system and ART sports was fine. So I assumed the service was back up at that time. However when I got home late that evening it was again not working.
Therefore if it was my kit and not the service then that means my box is setup fine. Leaving 2 possibilities my dish or interference. As I pick up other channels fine I think my dish is fine.
So it must be interference (seems unlikely) or the service. Homesdale says it was working yesterday evening, yet on mine it definately wasn't. So I'm left a bit confused I would have thought if the service was at fault there would be a bigger fuss made on the forums.
Its difficult to know what to do. It's hard to get any reliable information from ART sports and I don't have any friends that use the service.
