So it looks like tp35 10994H did not move to 1N judging by your signal readings. tp30 11656V is interesting said:
Astra.de has updated the transponder list. A week ago there were still transponders in 2C, today none.
In the list 11656V is in 1N, but the UHD test transponder 10994H is not in the list.

In the finnish forum was a link to german/swedish forum with a reply from Astra that they are "trying to find a solution to make these senders available to Scandinavian viewers.

"Wir arbeiten aber an einer Lösung, um bald so vielen Zuschauern in Skandinavien den Empfang dieser Sender wieder zu ermöglichen." "hxxp://www.schwedenforum.com/threads/20216-TV-Sender-weg/page5"

According the German forum TP47 will be part of Sky Germany and TP33 will be used by HD+.

Positive change for Nordic has happened. I get all transponders through balcony glasing with high dBs in Helsinki with a 80 cm dish. So SES did what they said to improve visibility in Nordic countries.

Interesting! This raises some questions... Will they update the footprint maps? Have viewers in the very south lost some signal? How far north does it reach now...

@solly: Have you noticed any changes?
