It's still active, but the signal has dropped. The Octagon SF8008 has pixels at 80 cm, and VU+ with the FBC 45208 tuner has nothing.
It's fine at 90 cm. I'm waiting for something else on the link?

This transponder currently carries only 1 program (SID 2010) "SES Astra 1" (showing the old QVC2 UHD caption).

The other entrees only excists in the SDT (Service Description Table), it's a way of reserving space for new programs.
The "." is reserved for SID 2050 in SDT. I added the SDT xml for reference.
