Dare I ask a stupid question... what's it doing there??
Is it a parking orbit? I thought it was moved to the graveyard?

SES like putting old Astra satellites in this position. Astra 1E was there for years and used for feeds with a very strong signal over the UK.

Astra 2D has left 5.2°E already, and according CoB is on its way to 57.25°E.
Will pass 19°E on 1 November, then arrival at 57.25°E probably will be around newyear.
