Eutelsat would be a bit miffed as well, as if they had that 250MHz to hand as well as 11.2 to 11.45GHz (forgetting 11.45 to 11.7GHz) then with 500MHz they might well have decided to put one of their own craft in to be a replacement to 28A rather than reach a deal with SES.</blockquote>
