this sounds moderately interesting, isnt it Aussie's first game as an AFC member?

That's correct. First game in Asia Confederation and will be very important that we get off to a good start.
Won't be Australia's best team as it is on a non FIFA International day and several big name players are unavailable due to club commitments. Guus also unavailable due to PSV Eindhoven being in Champions League.
