Bad Digital Reception - Not Always Aerial!!

Where I can see the freeview relay at Olivers mount from my uni room, but only receive 2 muxes, and weaker ones at that! Well after numerous aerial changes, position changes etc. I returned my freeview box yesterday for a totally different reason, ( the audio was out of sync) upon doing a channel search with the replacement box ( same model as before, Digihome from Argos) i have ALL the channels, with high reception ratings..

Moral of the story: Dont always let the retailers claim that not recieving channels is to do with your aerial, not the box ! Even if you have to make up a fault, try it, In my case , it worked!

That's a strange one, but as you say, don't always assume that it is the aerial.:)
