"Back in the day" (1980s/90's) most H-H motors were 36V, although a few were not (I had an NEC positioner and dish that ran at 24V, but was otherwise the same).I thought H H motors were Diseqc?
I certainly didn't mean to imply that ALL dishes in that period used H-H motors, but many of the smallish ones did as they were a lot simpler to install and align than those moved by actuators."Back in the day" (1980s/90's) most H-H motors were 36V, although a few were not (I had an NEC positioner and dish that ran at 24V, but was otherwise the same).
However, as DiSEqC became predominent for smallish dishes, I think that that control mechanism began to used with a similar mechanical dish mounting & drive mechanism to the original H-H concept.
Jaegar 1224 motor - could be a real bargain for someone. Just needs a bit of TLC.
