Hi mate, i live in Melb Aus, do you have any Satelite dishes for sale?

Your best option would be to look at Gumtree for your area. A quick search brought up these, some local to you.
Keep checking regularly they get listed quite often.

That is a Precision dish on an original Precision polar mount, worth way more than £100.
It looks like it has the original Ku-Band Precision feed and feed support arms.

It will clean up OK and if the dish is in good shape it will be a very nice setup for a DX Man.
For anyone wishing to get themselves a top class 1.8m motorised setup this is an absolute bargain.

Ok, i've found a 2.5m second hand dish but it has some rust on it, will this effect the dish?

The PM alone is worth more than £100... It's a sturdy beast. And actually not that far from me.....
It's not far from me but I don't have anywhere to store or locate it

i wonder if cband interference would be as bad on a precision for me, versus the CM - probably will

The Precision 1.8m dish has an F/D of 0.42 which is less than that of a CM 1.8m so the 5G interference might be reduced?

When I was at the Elite Antennas factory picking up some junk I bought at their auction I noticed a few very deep reflectors stacked in a pile on a pallet.
I think they may have been a specific design where the extra depth was being used to advantage for some type of signal optimisation and/or interference rejection?

One of the selling points of my old Winegard 3m was its interference rejection due to its depth (f/d 0.25). 5G wasn't an issue in 1989 though but radar altimeters were and still can be.
