BBC Prime with all its up to the minute BBC programmes (such as Dr Who with David Tennant - first series, or EastEnders when Peggy was in hotpants) has returned under the guide of the "BBC International I Player". How I missed Top Gear when Clarkson had shoulder length hair! I have been invitited to download it for my IPad (it works nowhere else). Even if I had one I think I would give this a miss. With BBC Worldwide giving out the same stuff in many countries through digital packages on the TV, most expats will doubtless also give it a miss in favour of options which allow access to, shall we say, EastEnders with a more mature Peggy. Oh, and they expect you to pay a monthly subscription for this.
