It will apply to every household on the assumption that they have at least one device capable of displaying RTE content.   It is expected that it will be collected by the Revenue Commissioners (equivalent of Inland Revenue) who currently collect our recently introduced Property Tax which can be deducted from wages and welfare of the non compliant.</p></blockquote><p></p>
