Big problem with technomate 1500ci

hello to everyone i have the more receiver,the problem is i don't get any channel it says me (no or bad signal) all the satelites i get have very low level and quality this appearance from the day i put the same patch for second time all the channels are dead noting working i don't know what to do,I try the reset but it dosen't working and the worst of all is the receiver is not mine IF anyone knows anything please help!

Firstly your post does not make sense, I realise English is not your first language but first you say

yet here you say something different

i get have very low level and quality

So we are looking at one of two scenarios here,
First your dish has moved in the wind and is not now pointing at a satellite
Secondly you have trashed your receiver by using either the incorrect patch or incorrect procedure.

The first thing you need to do is get hold of another receiver and eliminate the first possibility. Let us know what you find out

Thanks for your response topper but i thing i am specific,anyway when i find the problem i will inform you so anyone with a similar problem to be able to resolve it and something last we are here to help,for tips,and other things but not to reproach the languages that knows somebody thanks.
