BigSat 6500 dead after update

Hi all,
My Bigsat 6500 just gone dead after update using the last software version in the manuf site. Apparently everything went ok, it even rebooted , then I shutdown the bloody machine and now it doesn't even power up.
What's wrong? What can I do to undo the upgrade??
help plz.

Either you have problems with:

1) The software was not installed in a good manner in your receiver. So you need the factory’s original ROM file. I mean you have software problem.

2) You have hardware problem. Either your receiver's Flash is burned out or the pre flash chipset "it's something like RS232CS" has problems and needs to be replaced with the new one.

Thanks, I really believe it's a software problem.Do you think that there's any way of "reinstalling" the boot? Where can I find the original boot , I looked everywhere and can't find it. Is there any way of "forcing" a new connection to pc and download the boot? I know I'm in a crossroad but don't know which direction to take.
