Looks like we missed this one launching - according to KoS it originally started last February. Therefore this must be a frequency change. The epg on the original channel suggests its cycling orientated rather than motor bikes.
This version ids carrying just this info card and is transmitting fta. It will almost certainly encrypt in Sky Italia NDS Videoguard when the frequency change goes ahead.
