According to wikipedia, German newspaper Bild is the best selling tabloid in Europe, and is similar in style to The Sun. Perhaps Bild has been buoyed on by the success of GB News?
Sparklies ?it look like n24 news channel
Yes Crap English!....Bild is really crap! Would I learn English by reading the Sun?
I think it literally means: attached to live, programming in this case.Their tagline seems to be "24/7, meinungsstark und live-haftig" : 24/7, opinionated and live... Bit of a tricky pun to translate - leibhaftig means in the flesh / personified so I guess they mean that it's "live and in the flesh".
I’ve thought the same.I always found it interesting that Germany doesn't have any rolling news channels. They have several which show some news with a lot of prerecorded stuff and documentaries but nothing like in the UK or France. Not surprised Bild thinks there's a gap in the market.
