I also manually loaded tbsecp3 after a fresh install without rebooting: same result (except that screen resolution was not impacted). Will try the method suggested by satesco (tks <img src="https://www.satellites.co.uk/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/smile.png"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":)" title="Smile    :)" data-shortname=":)" /> ), reinstalling ubuntu 20.04 and the mentioned kernel, will let you know the result.</blockquote>
