Go to where your local migrants from Morocco go. Their tvs are on 13E ,so what they use will be good to you too. Pick a suburb with many Moroccans,check ocal Home Depot
 
More and more people in the Netherlands watch TV via internet. Used dishes are often offered quite cheap, or even free!
I would go that way.
Are you somehow limited in what size you can mount? I myself would use a 80cm dish minimum, also, to have adequate rain reserve.

I'll bear it in mind but first I need to find out if there is anything wrong with my existing dish.
