Channel Master 2.4m Dish Fixed On 9.0 East Ka Band.Channel Master 1.2m Dish.Satellite Reception From,53.0E-45.0W.

DSTV Cband stops broadcasting on the 31st May 2010 on 68.5East
The package is moving to KU Band at Eutelsat W7 36.0East

yes this is true but over the last few years the quality and the program content have not kept up at all.

We have lost all the Dstv channels here in Pakistan (although they are received via the local cable operator).

Can anyone tell me if the C band signal has now ceased or has the encryption now just been upgraded ?.

Can anyone confirm new transponder 3842V 28500 from this satellite? it seems that company started again broadcasting
