I'm looking for someone who has a C band dish at one of these satelites to tell me how strong the Startimes TP is, and if the US channels are still carried there.

Startimes at 10 East is one of the trickier muxes to get ..and a minimum of 1.8 mtrs is needed in the UK ..and much experiment needed to get those .
All Startimes channels are encrypted ..so unless you have a receiver/card ..then getting them is purely an academic excercise..
What in particular were you after at 5 West ?

No US channels on either that I am aware of ..
Some South American channels (min 1.8 mtr) at 55 and 58 West ...but no such thing as _true_ American (North American) Channels over Europe...with the exception of AFN ..sadly these are also encrypted with the exception of the Pentagon Channel..
