C-Band problems in Cyprus c_apstar 24 satellite

hi everybody,
i've an starsat sr-x7300usb reciver, using to watch c_apstar 24 staelite with c band lnb. The signal strength is 71% but every 2 minutes it's drop to all the way 0% just for 1 or 2 sec. It's very annoying. I send back the reciver where i bought it, they checked and said the reciver is ok. i changed the lnb but still it's no solution. can anybody help me out. i'm living in cyprus.

do you mean Apstar 2R at 76.5°E ? also inform us , about your dish size .
