..Well ..not new ...but new for me.
Previously this lnb was offset to the East of focus by about 8 or 9 degrees..
Yes it worked but very limited in what it could see.
So in light of the earlier mods to include elevation control I am experimenting with mounting above the XMW at the focus ...
Problem of course is that I have to make sure the conical feed does not mask the Ka lnbs .....thus I am restricted by proximity ..and to avoid masking have raised it up a good way.
There may be room to reduce the height but not a helluva lot.
I estimate the C1PLL is currently about 4 to 5 degrees above the focus.
..and am currently pointing at 5W..and getting some signals.
My question for those who have tried this already either E-W or N-S of the focus on a 1.5 is just what you can receive at 5W and at what level ...so I have something to compare to.

3728V mux locked at 8.7db etc
