would like to learn how to programme a card so as i can view french tv.i'm a complete beginer with no cards or programmer,all advice welcombe.

Dear Jay dee,

I have a satelite reciever through my computer but I cannot access xxxl and mutlitivision. The brand is vision plus. Do you know how can I programme this with out any card? please let me know if you can help me. just send me email; nestor_miranda2002@yahoo.com and waiting for your reply.
