when i connect the receiver data cable to my pc, STB or loader can not find com port. i have humanace receiver and i connet it to com1. where is problem?

Perhaps you are using the wrong type of cable. Is it a null modem cable you are using?

can u tell me plz what software i have to use to upgrade humanace reciever. i came to know that it is meta ware. i dowloaded it but can not upgrade it.

I am sorry I do not know what your stb requires I was merely making a suggestion as to what the problem may be. A null modem cable is wired differently as per the picture, that may be the problem on the other hand it may not
