Can I program a card using MR and laptop?

i have a fun card a matrix reloaded and pcmcia computer .how can i put data in the card do i need other equiptment?

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

You cannot program a card via the MR, why not just update to the latest MR fimware?
