Yes they do... also bare in mind, that although its an arabian channel... the commentary is in English ;)
Like said above, ART Sport is probably your best bet.. an official subcription card is only £99 for the year, compared to sky, thats cheap... aswell as better
to receive this channel however, you need to get yourself a system with a Dish pointing to 13° east (Hotbird) and not the normal sky satellite which is 28.2° East (Astra).
there are plenty of people on this forum who will help you along the way with any questions you have.
other options include (presuming you have sky)
1, having a double LNB fitted so you can view both the above satellites with one dish
2, a fully motorised dish, that can move between satellites on its own, then you will get the above satellites and even more
3, lastly, you could get 2 dishes LOL.... not the best option
if your not interested in having sky, then its alot easier.
personally i would opt for the motorised system, for the little extra cost you get alot more flexabillity... not to mention more channels
