Elctron PS-1900CR. Not connected to computer

I have recently bought an Electron PS-1900CR box recently. It has an inadequate user guide. Don't know even the manufacturer. I would like to update channels etc. Please help a novice

Search the net for Arion PS-1900CR. Same as Electron brand.
