Can't reply to thread?

Hi, wonder if someone can help.

I'm trying to post a helpful reply, in this thread: http://www.satellites.co.uk/forums/installer-wanted/193500-dundee-area;-north-fife.html. When I'm viewing the thread, I has a box at the bottom saying:

You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may post attachments
You may edit your posts

However when I try reply to this thread, It gives an error message stating I don't have permission to do this.

I'm confused...!

OK, have changed the settings slightly, we had set it so that new or low posting members couldn't reply to another's thread to prevent people joining to promote their business. You can now post, but there will be a small delay whilst awaiting moderation.
