Claire Voyance is definitely not my name therefore if you would care to give details of the CARD and PROGRAMMER you are trying to use perhaps a member will be able to answer your question without guessing or is this an ATM Card???

At a guess, if it's a Titanium or MII card you need to put your programmer into Phoenix mode, do not autodetect these cards, it could kill them.
