If the camera has a metal body and any part of it gets connected to a ground you could get a ground loop, this will affect the video, also if the coax gets grounded anywhere but at the DVR this could cause a problem.I cant tell from the video but you could be experiencing some video tearing, this could be caused by the camera overheating (is it in the sun at anytime this happens) and the video sync is drifting out of range.Do you have a second camera you can swap it out with?</blockquote>
