changing sat positions in channel list

My Satellite Setup
1 metre motorised dish
fortect innovation hd system
My Location
nothern ireland
is it possible to change the satellite positions in catseyes latest list
ex ,,,,7w to 7.3w and 15.8 e to 16.e etc
have dm 800hd
dreambox edit but cant see a option to change position

Yes, but the positions are used by USALS so you are going to end up with the dish not pointing in the right direction on the satellites you edit.

To edit the positions just make the changes in the satellites.xml file.
