Hi, I have just installed my Fortec Star FS4200 Digital satellite receiver and have managed to find loads of stations but not channel 5.

Can anyone suggest which satellite I need to access to find channel 5?

Regards,

Chris/

By 'loads of channels', presumably you mean those on Astra 28E.

Scan in 10773H SR22000 FEC 5/6 on your box and report back.

Many thanks for getting back to me with advice.

Would you mind explaining what the codes mean and walking me through the procedure as I am a complete novice!!!!

Many thanks,
Chris.

They're not codes Chris. They are the parameters of the transponder you enter into the 'Scan Transponder' (or similar facility in your STB's menu). I'm not aquainted with your STB, but there'll be something lile that in the menu.

Check your signal quality on 10773H 22000 5/6.

If it is good, scan it. What channels do you get?
