I think the £33,000 fine handed Chelsea FC by UEFA is too lenient. This will not deterr clubs or club officials from doing things like that in future - thinking that if they are found guilty in future - they will only be fined a few quid and nothing more. Afterall what is 33 grand to Chelsea or even £9,000 to Maurinho? I feel there should be more severe punishment like points deduction and ban from competions. What do you think?

Like a lot of fines etc, handed out in the last 18 months, its a joke.
Thats the equivelent of me being given a fine of 5p, which i would obviously
pay in 5 monthly installments...
giving fines to any of the big clubs is, IMO a waste of time...
player suspensions and point deductions is the only way to
punish them
and being a red, i think Chelsea should have 20pts deducted
